we always suggest starting your yoga journey with one of our regular all-levels classes to get your feet wet, but one-on-one sessions can help fine tune your practice and:
  • work with injuries or special conditions
  • refine specific poses
  • dial in breathing and movement patterns
  • practice advanced or complex postures
  • ask questions, get feedback and go deeper!
