everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, experience or flexibility. we are committed to maintaining a supportive, non-competitive and attitude-free environment, making the practice of yoga fun and accessible to every body!

we encourage you to pace yourself in class, listen to your body and give yourself time to learn...

we offer a Basic Training program to help you get started...it's four private session with a qualified teacher that can help you learn the basics and choose the right class for you!

classes for you:

beginners are welcome in all classes, but the following may be the most suitable for you at the very beginning...
  • Flow: these classes have a particular emphasis on the foundational postures, to prepare you for our Power classes...
  • Renew: is excellent for those seeking a more gentle practice.
  • Power Yoga Basics: a great workshop for beginners...this class will break down the poses for deeper understanding and proper alignment and prepare beginners for our Power yoga classes.
