new to yoga?

we’re glad you’re here! congratulations on taking the first step on a journey of enjoyment and transformation...we are here to help you every step of the way...

everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, experience or physical flexibility...three dog yoga is committed to maintaining a supportive, non-competitive and attitude-free environment, making the practice of yoga fun and accessible to every body!

we encourage you to pace yourself in class, listening to your body and giving yourself time to learn...for best results, we recommend that you complete at least 10 classes in your first three weeks. this allows you to progress at an enjoyable pace and build a solid foundation for your journey into power.

classes for you:

beginners are welcome in all classes, but the following may be the most suitable for you at the very beginning...
  • Flow: these classes have a particular emphasis on the foundational postures, to prepare you for our Power classes...
  • Renew: is excellent for those seeking a more gentle practice.
  • Yoga 101: a six-week workshop offers detailed physical instruction and an exploration of the philosophical and historical context of the practice.
  • Power Yoga Basics: a great workshop for beginners...this class will break down the poses for deeper understanding and proper alignment and prepare beginners for our Power yoga classes.
