little pretzels.

for kids ages 7-10, our little pretzels program builds balance, coordination and strength while teaching basic poses and concepts. the focus is on awareness, breathing and body awareness. kids learn through games, creative movement exercises, songs, activity cards and more. little pretzels is offered in four/five-week sessions. classes are held once a week for 30 minutes. for more information on dates and times of upcoming sessions, sign up for our monthly e-newsletter.

littlest pretzels.

a fun and games approach to yoga for kids ages 3-6, our littlest pretzels program teaches poses and breathing through organized play. littlest pretzels is offered in four/five-week sessions. classes are held once a week for 30 minutes.

TWEEN yoga.

designed for ages 11-14, this workshop teaches the postures, flows and breathing techniques used in our “adult” classes. students will learn the art of vinyasa: cultivating awareness and confidence while releasing stress and tension!
