FRIDAY NIGHT KICKOFF MEETING: we’ll meet from 9:20-9:50 a.m. on the saturday prior to day 1 to get started strong!
6 WEEKLY MEETINGS: we meet from 4:00-5:30 p.m. every Sunday afternoon to review each week’s theme and share our experience.
6 WEEKLY MEETUPS: to keep you on track, we'll meet from 7:00-7:30 p.m. each Wednesday night of the program to share and meditate together.
YOGA PRACTICE: six days a week of yoga, with one day of rest — at least three classes a week in the studio, other practices can be at home — we’ll give you the tools to create a simple and effective home practice.
DAILY MEDITATION: morning and night, at home…you'll learn a simple awareness-based meditation and each week you’ll grow into your practice.
NUTRITIONAL AWARENESS AND BALANCING: over the course of six weeks you will examine your current diet and make gradual (and sometimes radical) shifts toward a more balanced and healthful way of eating.
JOURNALING: each week, you’ll spend time reflecting on excavation questions designed to peel away limiting patterns and beliefs…you’ll be amazed at what you learn about yourself.
