join us for our MONDAY 5:45 p.m. 80's JAM classes all month long and we'll donate $5 to Serve a Little/80forHaiti. join us for a 2-hour memorial day 80's JAM at 9:00 a.m. on 5.27 and we'll donate $10! karma projects are our monthly “do good. feel good.” events where we give back to our community…locally and globally.

we are passionate about creating more peace, love and yoga on the planet.
through CALIFORNIA POWER YOGA, our teacher training program, we work with local organizations to create free ongoing community yoga classes in schools, after-school programs, rehabilitation centers, offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, women's shelters and more.

…we are so thrilled to be part of the redwood empire farm community supported agriculture (csa)…our members and neighbors commit to purchasing a weekly bag of the freshest produce, helping the farmers (Ariel and Jeff) plan and budget for the year. every Thursday, the farm drops off bags of the most beautiful fruits and vegetables at the studio to be picked up and enjoyed!
