join us on August 8 for a yoga experience like none other…for a great cause! Paradise Ridge Winery is lending us their beautiful front deck for a very special FLOW class to support the Redwood Empire Food Bank’s Backpack Program, which sends low-income kids home from school on Fridays with a backpack full of nutritious foods!
all we ask is that you bring a healthful, non-perishable food item or two (or ten) for the Food Bank…we’ll give you a great class and donate $10 to the Backpack Program for everyone who brings a food item!

zen & zin – every first friday!!

yoga should be fun – and we’ve taken it to heart! our members helped us create this awesome FREE event, held on the first friday of the month…
it’s a 60-minute power yoga practice to wring out the week and get you in that weekend spirit…followed by a tasting of local winemakers’ finest Zin (or maybe Pinot, Shiraz or Cab — we’re not picky!) with some light nibbles…all in the company of good friends. everyone is welcome…there’s no cover charge — bring a friend and maybe some food to share!
