power
an energetic practice that strengthens and tones the entire body, rinses out the mind and cleanses the soul. class is moderately heated to 85-90 degrees.
flow
a flowing class that follows the structure of the Power class, but works at a slightly slower pace, in a more gently warmed room. a great way to dissolve tension and build integrated, flexible strength.
renew
our most gentle class. this one-hour session focuses on flexibility, stress relief and relaxation. perfect for those who prefer a more restorative and relaxing class.
yoga for stiff guys
these straightforward thirty-minute sessions are a beginners guide to yoga for the less-than-flexible guy.
meditation
a half-hour session devoted to cultivating awareness and presence in body, mind and spirit. these classes are free of charge and open to all.
